ah, great. the others use some non-specced extensions like .title for
feed-level title. there is no such beast in hAtom at the moment,
although i suspect that if there were it would be .feed-title to avoid
conflict with hCard, with a fallback to the first h# in the feed, and
a further fallback to page title.
