Yep, that is actually the least of my challenges.  I thought all of  
the getElementsByClass functions I was trying were just poorly  
written, but it turns out the XML object model is entirely different  
from the DOM, so none of my DOM knowledge is applicable.  Time to  
relearn JavaScript for XML, I guess.
