Yep, agreed 100%.
I'd also add that the notion of a "standard" for a particular domain
(like resumes, reviews, whatever) is less significant around RDF than
most schema languages - you can cherry pick what you like from where
you like, ignore what you don't want, add bits yourself as needed.
