[microformats-discuss] Shouldn't hCard use <address>?

I was fiddling with the hCard creator, and then I thought, "Why aren't
they using <address>?"  In the Wiki it says, "This specification
introduces the hCard format, which is a 1:1 representation of the
aforementioned vCard standard, in semantic XHTML," but I really don't
see how it is at all "semantic."  <div>s and <span>s have little to no
meaning at all, so they can't explain the meaning to the content they
contain.
