It would help to run it through an (x)html validator first:

I see this: <a class="url" href="/cgi-bin/events.cgi?

Which is non-valid.
Also, you'll want to put in a real end-time, otherwise it can't
really be displayed in anyone's calendars ('cause they're have a
duration of 0).
