Hi all,

Okay, this is it.  On Thursday I'm planning to present the XHTML-REST  
idea to some friends at work. So, I've tried to pull all the ideas  
together into a (mostly) coherent storyline, assuming only a basic  
familiarity with web services.  I've glossed over lots of details  
[mostly because I don't understand them :-], but hopefully this is  
notionally correct and reasonably clear.

I've placed a first draft on the wiki:

This is both to encourage group editing, as well as a cheap way to  
turn markdown into XOXO (or at least close: anyway know a way to make  
the wiki to i) not linkify URLs and/or ii) strip [edit] tags?)

Please, have at it, and feel free to edit directly; my hope is for  
this to ultimately reflect the collective wisdom of the group, not  
just my own idiosyncracies. :-)
