I'm still working on a name.  How's this:

"BRUM"
* Browseable
* REST
* Using
* MIcroformats

My main concern with XOXR is that "eXtensible Open" doesn't convey a  
lot of useful meaning.  "Browseable" is nice since it captures:
	- discoverability
	- human-readability
	- browser clients
in one fell swoop.
