Some of us have to look at , say, blog spam at work. I need a Not Safe 
For Home flag for that. ;)

PICS is the prior art here - not sure if it ever got anywhere, but 
researching why would be good.

I remember when we were working on QuickTime 4, we looked at adding 
these kinds of ratings to movies, but pulled it late on because the 
issue of how to handle unrated stuff was too messy.
