[uf-discuss] Microformats for Mobile

Will Microformats work on a Mobile platform? Has this topic been discussed
before? Apologies if it has.  It struck me that XHTML-MP based on
XHTML-Basic is available as part of the WAP 2.0 spec from OMA.
Unsurprisingly Tantek was part the W3C group that formed the recommednation
from XHTML-Basic.  But looking through the XHTML modules listed in
http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml-basic/ where is the class attribute or is that a
given as it one of the four core attributes of XHTML?
