Well, this requires the user to understand a lot about DOIs.  A user
might /find/ a dx.doi.org URL, but it's definitely not going to be the
URL they wind up at (dx.doi.org is a redirection service, for those
that don't know).  So, again, yes, you can parse this particular case,
but why?  Why not unambigiously mark up the identifier?

Wiley URLs also frequently contain DOIs, I think Science Direct can,
as can Blackwell-Synergy, but unless the URL you have is dx.doi.org,
you can't really be 100% certain when you parse it.
