I assume you mean the structured blogging plugin?

I don't know how the Structured Blogging wordpress plugin does this  
(or whether it allow it at all), but in hReview you can do tagged  
ratings. So, in your example:

<a href="http://wikipedia.org/wiki/CyberPunk_Visuals">
Degree of CyberPunk Visuals:
   <span class="rating">15</span>/<span class="best">30</span>
