[uf-discuss] Closing Times/Time Tables

The same issues appeared for me when dealing with hResume and the
ability to work at a summer job or something two consecutive years
with a school break inbetween.

I looked into EXRULE to say the whole time except... it is not very
clean. RRULE and RDATE are certainly things to look into.
