Joe, that may be, but figuring out and documenting mappings between natural
languages is a linguistics research topic far outside the focus of
microformats. And while pursuing such a universal Rosetta Stone may be a
worthy endeavor, it definitely falls into the category of problems outside
(beyond) the scope of microformats. I suggest you look into linguistics
research groups at universities where you will most likely find many more
experts perhaps working on the same problem.
