I'm pretty confused here but to get things to 'meet' like that you'd 
need a web service like a microformats specific search engine or spider 
that pulls the info out and cross-references it. I've got an upcoming 
project for a recruitment firm with a db full of resumes. It shouldn't 
be too hard to factor in <a rel="tag" class="skill"> and other factors 
like geo to get job matches. Food for thought anyway.
