You removed the title from:

Since it's also in the original mark-up, it also has no bearing on the
increase in file size caused by adding uFs to the page. And, while it
may near-duplicate the linking text in this specific case, that won't
always be so.

Why is packet size relevant? The page concerned has many - and some have
dozens - of table rows in similar format.
