a consistant terminology is certainly a good idea. RFC 2445 for
iCalendar uses "property", it seems a much better system because in
vCard there is a TYPE attribute for things like TEL and ADR and it
generate more confustion when you say TEL TYPE? is that the TEL TYPE,
TYPE attribute, or the TEL TYPE?
If you also look at the description for properties (3.1.2 N Type
Definition) such as N, it says:
"The property MUST be present in the vCard object." So i think
"property" is an acceptable term.
