Funny.  I first did it in lowercase and then though, "Oh, I better
capitalize it" so I moved to the capitalized equivalent.  :)

Thanks Mike.  It makes sense and I have expanded upon and added some
sections.

One minor nit - please use all lowercase names for wiki pages, see:

 http://microformats.org/wiki/naming-conventions

I have moved the page to the lowercase version and put a redirect in the old
location.
