Isn't that just "too much" for simple multimedia captions that just need multimedia content and caption/legal associations?

However, I'll take a closer look at it and either try to support that development or propose a smaller, more manageable subset for captions - according to the process, of course, and unless it doesn't get torpedoed, that is.
