hCalendar property list (was Re: [uf-discuss] Formatting arbitrary dates, not part of hCalendar)

Yes, having started an incomplete list is better than not having any
list.  The question in my mind is: how will people know if they are
looking at a draft list or a comprehensive and precise list?  If you
publish an incomplete list, others will be able to help out, but
everyone will need to know what defines completeness.
