I agree, gathering feedback on both existing value excerption pattern
behavior and new value excerption handling brainstorms/proposals, and
resolving issues, is a very important next step in improving nearly
all class-based microformats.
One document organizational point:
We should move all brainstormed/proposed additions to the value
excerption pattern to the brainstorming page:
http://microformats.org/wiki/value-excerption-pattern-brainstorming
And then evaluate them all for inclusion in an iteration of the value
excerption pattern itself, rather than evaluate them just one at a
time.

Since this is an *addition* to current value excerption behavior, I
think the documentation of the addition should first be moved to:
http://microformats.org/wiki/value-excerption-pattern-brainstorming
And then issues documented with the proposal inline there.
