Hi folks,

I currently use XFN to link my various pages together and hCard to mark 
up my contact information on some of them.

One thing I've not been able to find information on is how to identify a 
particular hcard on a page as being the one that's about the person the 
page represents.

For example, http://martin.atkins.me.uk/ represents me and has an hCard 
of my personal information on it. I'd like a way to say that this hCard 
represents the same person as the URL.

Is there existing practice for this?
