Yes I have had problems with this bit:

*No Derivative Works* — You may not alter, transform, or build upon this 
work.

Does this mean I cant map and transform XFN to RDF?

there is this bit though...

*Waiver* — Any of the above conditions can be waived if you get 
permission from the copyright holder.

Who do I ask?
