If there is a killer app for microformats, it will probably be related
to Local data.
If there is no good proposed solution based on hCards, the industry
might be moving to something else, e.g. OpenGraph Protocol.

I think the page of a doctor working at multiple hospital is a very
strong use case.
Is there a rich and meaningful solution based on hCard?
