The file format examples page has been created and stubbed out. Please
check to make sure that the problem statement is accurate:

If you know of any sites that offer multiple download formats and
specify the formats/codecs/etc. please add them to the wiki.

Place them in the Examples section or e-mail me directly with the links
and I can add them to the page - just a URL will do:
