I realise that this would be a late addition, but what about a "note"
property?

Many of the examples are published with accompanying text, and such
notes might say things like:

   *    "From the album "Dark Side of the Moon"

   *    "Featuring Van Morrison on guest vocals"

   *    "Live version recorded on 4 May 2007"

We already have "note "properties in other microformats, so there's both
precedence and pre-existing syntax .
