[uf-new] Mapping Microformats to RDFa

We've started an initiative to map all of the current Microformats that
are in the draft or spec stage to RDFa vocabularies.

The goal is to identify deficiencies in RDFa vocabularies and create a
plan to fill those gaps in the next 6 months. It is also an interesting
exercise to see what differences exist between Microformats and RDF
vocabularies.

This builds upon the work that Danny Ayers (he helped with hCard,
hReview, hAudio, and hAtom to name a few) did in 2005 with his
MicroModels[1] approach to the semantic web. It is also an attempt to
help the GRDDL people out:
