I think he means "Context-Aware Information" its a concept of workflow,
context, vocabulary or ontology, profile and Aggregation or syndication.
"context-aware vocabularies" I would say are a part of this RDF and OWL
and RDFa spring to mind.

And to answer Manu's no I don't think its necessary, Microformats
already ARE context aware?
