Yes I did http://microformats.org/wiki/rel-enclosure#Abstract needs to
be changed, its wrong in my view, and needs to be in line with the Atom
definition as I think this is what rel="enclosure" is trying to
reproduce.

http://microformats.org/wiki/rel-enclosure#Informative_References says
nothing about caching files.
