the above example is kind of how it goes

      <a class="fn" href="full.jpeg" rel="enclosure" type="image/jpeg">
        <img class="photo" src="thumb.jpeg" alt="name of image" />
      </a>
    </div>

here the @alt of the image will form the textual name ("fn") of the media.
