hAtom doesn't require a title to be physically present [1], but it's
need for logically being present is because of the Atom spec [2]. In
my mind I'd like _everything_ to be optionally present but easily
inferable (to be standards compliant) in hAtom 0.2.

Perhaps this would be good time to start that? Tantek mentioned to me
clearing out a space on the wiki to start the ball rolling, we could
list issues we want to see resolved / fixed / changed / added and go
from there.
