Then in the case of Bailie's Bar‎, is it permissible to use the
generality of locality in this way?  eg:

   <span class="locality">Christchurch</span>
   <span class="country-name">New Zealand</span>
</div>

Red alert? case two:

It gets worse.  In some cases there are real addresses with street numbers.
