I've mentioned VoID and DCAT only to draw your attention to what's out
there from the RDF world for some ideas. See also Sitemaps which I think
partially covers what you want to achieve.
But in end that doesn't matter. You have to stick to the microformats
process [1], if you want the vocab to see the light of day. So, buckle
up :)
