[uf-rest] a "Web Utopia" dream

Hi, I just wrote a powerpoint slide about a dream about "web utopia"
[1], about a utopia where various apps able to interact seamlessly via
a distributed web environment.

It's still a very *roughly dafted* idea, but anyway, I'm looking
forward to receive feedbacks and comments about the idea, to point out
any mistakes, or add in more brainstorming ideas. :-)
