= Compound Microformat = 

A compound [[microformats|microformat]] is built from [[elemental-microformat|elemental microformats]] and/or standard HTML elements. It is designed to be incorporated within webpages, and may be an exact mapping of an existing standardized schema that describes a compound data type.

They generally use a combination of several <code>class</code> and/or <code>rel</code> attributes.
