requisition microformat efforts
Introduction
The mass adoption of the Internet as communications medium has led to many important advances in information accessibility and exchange.
One particular niche which undergone a significant evolution is the recruitment space. Today, companies around the world expose their career opportunities via web in hope of attracting and filling the positions with top talent.
I propose the development of a Microformat for describing job requisitions on the Internet which would be complementary to hResume specification (http://microformats.org/wiki/hresume). This could be a influenced by an existing standard (e.g. HRXML) or built from the ground up.
