rel deprecation
rel is now generally deprecated in microformats given that HTML5 has defined it as being a page-level rather than content-block-level semantic. We should consider deprecating rel-payment and instead having a 'u-payment' property which could be used in microformats2:
- in the context of an h-card, to send money to the person or organisation that is represented by the h-card;
- in the context of an h-entry, to 'tip' the author;
- in the context of an h-listing (once one is written), to pay for the good or service listed;
- in the context of an h-calendar listing, to pay for a ticket
