Support code of Student conduct as defined by ACS program Policy<br> and Procedure.<br> 2. Plan and organize Student team activities to include a minimum of<br> two educational fieldtrips per semester. Plan & organize lessons for<br> academic subjects assigned using various modalities: regular projects,<br> homework, and relevant assessments of performance, use of prescribed<br> ACS academic components.<br> 3. Provide sound business management through leadership in managing<br> all aspects of the ACS educational program for a team of Students.<br> Examples include ACS Professional Development Training (PDT),<br> traditional ACS experience, Business Partner contact, and transition<br> preparation.<br> 4. Maintain appropriate standards of behavior and professional<br> presentation of work area; redirecting inappropriate behaviors,<br> allowing little/no disruption to work area; maintain organized work<br> area.<br> 5. Clearly plan and professionally deliver lessons and team meetings.<br> Clearly present ideas and information in an objective, informative,<br> and creative manner. Effectively use appropriate grammar and syntax in<br> addition to technical, symbolic, non-verbal, graphic, and/or visual<br> aids in order to ensure understanding of content.<br> 6. Maintain communication with Parents of each student on Student<br> academic progress.<br> 7. Submit all documentation within a standard of 90% accuracy and<br> timely submittal, including performance evaluations, performance<br> improvement plans, roll-ups, etc.<br> 8. Attend work 96% of 'on-stage' time; taking leave primarily during<br> non-Student workdays. Report to work station prior to students,<br> prepared to present.<br> 9. Integrate prevailing/sound educational perspective into lesson<br> plans for instructional delivery such as<br> Sunshine State Standards (SSS) and FL DOE curriculum frameworks for<br> assigned courses.<br> 10. Actively attempt to influence events to achieve goals; demonstrate<br> self-starting rather than passive acceptance in managing students;<br> take action to achieve goals beyond what is necessarily called for.<br> 11. Make significant, definable contributions towards program<br> enhancement during the semester.<br> 12. Guide each Student by creating an academic and behavior plan with<br> each and manage development<br> and progress based on that plan. Hold high, positive expectations;<br> coach performance; provide<br> weekly feedback and give reassurance or argument; modeling behaviors<br> and/or directly specifying a<br> course of action. Provide secondary school planning and school-to-work<br> transition counseling/<br> support to each student on team.<br> 13. Indicate through action a consideration for the feelings and needs<br> of students and fellow staff.<br> 14. Participate openly and regularly during staff meetings. Take an<br> active role in progressive activities to<br> advance program goals.<br> 15. Accept and utilize feedback to initiate team/<br> program/personal/professional improvement.<br> 16. Take proactive measures to obtain feedback from staff and<br> managers. Take immediate action in<br> response to bi-weekly feedback from managers.<br> 17. Provide a safe and positive educational and working environment<br> for Students, where learning is of prime importance, to ensure a high<br> level of customer satisfaction.<br> 18. Enhance the educational programs on a daily basis to implement<br> change as needed according to customer service and good business<br> decision-making rationale.<br> 19. Effectively communicate, orally and in writing, necessary<br> information and ideas to staff, Students and Parents.<br> 20.
