作業手順

新規文書

新規文書の翻訳ですが、私はこんな感じでやってます。作業手順の一例として。

1. 対象となるページをウォッチリストに入れる。
2. historyをみて最終更新日時(17:38, 19 Jun 2005等)を何処かにメモしておく。
3. 翻訳物のための新しいページを適切な名前(pagename-ja等)で作成し、edit状態にする。
4. 別のウィンドウなどで対象となるページのeditを開き、文書を全てコピーする。
5. ペーストする。
6. 一番上に基となった英語バージョンの最終更新日時をコメントとして入れる。例えば「<!-- english: 7:38, 19 Jun 2005 -->」というように。
7. サマリーに「english: 7:38, 19 Jun 2005」というように英語版の最終更新日時を入れて保存する。
8. 粛々と翻訳する。

英語版への追従

英語版が更新されたら日本語版も追従しましょう。手順はこんな感じ。

1. ウォッチリストをみて英語版が更新されたことを知る。
2. 日本語版のページに記録されている「基となった英語版の最終更新日時」を参考にして、その日時の文書と現在時刻の文書の差分をhistoryの機能を使って取る。
3. 日本語版に反映させる。
4. 冒頭にある(はずの)基となった英語版の最終更新日時の部分も更新する。
5. サマリーに「sync: english: 11:34, 19 Jun 2006」というように英語版の最終更新日時を入れて保存する。
