adr advocacy

Part of the larger microformats advocacy effort. Adding "Adr" markup (inside hCard where appropriate) to these sites would improve their usability and ambient findability.

Various postcode <--> address lookup sites
- e.g. Royal Mail (UK) - enter a valid postcode (e.g. "B13 9PW").
