Why? Because firstly trading runescape accounts with anyone, whether it be free or paid for, is against the rules, and there's a good reason for this.

What if you go to someone who is selling their runescape accounts for sale, you pay them the money and then they say "ermmmmm, changed my mind, bye". What are you going to do? Probably not much since there is no real way to get your money back.

Sometimes, people will claim that to get access to this high level account, you need to download some software. This should immediately ring alarm bells with you. They are more than likely trying to install a virus onto your computer, that will not only steal your own rs accounts for sale, but also passwords to any other site you've visited.

Maybe even your credit card number.

So all in all, you're going to lose big time. Don't ever try to buy someone elses account because they will end up scamming you and on top of that, I also strongly advise again powerleveling your characters (If such a thing exists for runescape)
