TweepML was a proposed OPML-style XML format for sharing lists of Twitter users. It fell out of favour when Twitter launched a lists function. TweepML inherited a number of the faults of OPML and would have been simpler and human readable if such lists had been published on the web using HTML and hyperlinks instead.
