Microformats vEvent, Tuesday 27th May 2008, London

TBC
== Summary ==

Microformats vEvent is part of London Web Week and takes place on Tuesday 27th May, and aims to take the opportunity to gather together everyone interested or involved with the semantic web and showcase some of the latest developments in the area.

Everyone is welcome, whatever your level of understanding of microformats, RDF, GRDDL etc. is. We hope that no matter your experience level, you’ll find the evening informative, enjoyable and inspiring.

The evening will begin at 7pm at the Yorkshire Grey with drinks, and will feature two short presentations by Tom Morris and Dan Brickley who’ll discuss specific aspects of microformats in conjunction with other semantic web technologies. There should be plenty of time for questions and discussion.

The rest of the evening is strictly social, with the chance to mingle and chat with like-minded folks.

This page will be filled as details are decided.

We hope to put on a small social event in London in the first quarter of 2008.  It'll feature a couple of speakers on the topic of microformats and the semantic web and hopefully some drinks too.
