search engines as rel-tag namespaces

Some search engines provide searches with rel-tag compatible URLs, e.g.

• http://s.technorati.com/microformats
• http://a9.com/microformats

If other search engines can add such compatible URLs, then they too could be used for rel-tag links, e.g.:

• Google
  • A Google search for 'microformats' resolves to http://www.google.com/search?&q=microformats
  • Google should also accept http://www.google.com/search/microformats
• Twitter Search (formerly Summize)
• Yahoo Search
