requisition microformat efforts

Introduction

The mass adoption of the Internet as communications medium has led to many important advances our ability to access and exchange information.

One particular niche which undergone a significant evolution is the recruitment space. Today, companies around expose their career opportunities on the web in hopes of attracting the *right* person for the job. Currently, getting the maximum ammount of exposure for these 'requisitions' can be challenging and has led to companies like Monster.com which provide a centralized open requisition repository for potential appliants.
