Today, companies around expose their career opportunities on the web in hopes of attracting the *right* person for the job. Currently, getting the maximum ammount of exposure for these 'requisitions' can be challenging and has led to companies like Monster.com which provide a centralized open requisition repository for potential appliants.
-I propose the development of a Microformat for describing job requisitions on the Internet which would be complementary to hResume specification (http://microformats.org/wiki/hresume). This could be a influenced by an existing standard (e.g. HRXML) or built from the ground up.
