[uf-dev] Trac for Hg

i'm not sold on any one bug tracking software - i would just prefer a
centralized place specifically for bug tracing - as my availablity
comes and goes, emails get filed and it is harder (for me atleast) to
go back through the archives to find issues. But with the bug tracking
is ONLY a list of issues so it is easier for me to "play catch-up"
Plus, others can see if their issues have been assigned and/or closed.
