Those properties are:

    * type [work|home|pref|postal|dom|intl]
    * post-office-box
    * street-address
    * extended-address
    * region
    * locality
    * postal-code
    * country-name

I'm not clear what the cases for having comma-separated, concatenated
values for type, PO Box, postal code or country are.

Would a multi-term type be valid? In the UK at least, PO boxes or postal
codes with commas would be invalid. Can anyone give an example of a
country whose name includes a comma?
