As a semantic web researcher I appreciate the work done in microformats. As the starting point, we have implemented hProduct (which I believe not finalized.excepted yet). We will continue using various formats during the improvements of our system. However I am not sure if we have properly implemented the (draft) spec. The site is currently executing on http://www.karniyarik.com/karniyarik-web (http://www.karniyarik.com/ which is the entry point is closed to visitors till the end of month). How can we vlaidate our hProduct usage? Thanks in advance, Kind regards Siyamed -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... The draft spec is still in it's infancy, and I'm sure we will see more revisions. In fact, I plan on posting a new, scaled-down draft spec this week based on feedback from the community on the hProduct issues list [1]. I have also created a recipes page [2] with some examples of how hProduct might be combined with other formats like hListing to provide a solid semantic solution to describe products. With all this activity, there is still no official validation method for hProduct. My suggestion would be to post some of your (X)HTML examples on the recipes page and send out a mail to the discuss list asking the community to take a look. Additionally, I would encourage you to keep an eye out for changes to the spec, as they will undoubtedly change your current solution.
