Thanks for the example, but the question it raises in my mind is what  
is being tagged.  Generally, when used outside of a microformatted  
context, the scope of what reltag applies to appears to be the whole  
page.  At least, that is my read of the spec documents.

What you are describing here is just a convenience for tagging the  
whole resume document.  Is that correct?
