There are at least two Emacs tools to write out an HTML version of the
current buffer, preserving fontification (highlighting):

            http://fly.srk.fer.hr/~hniksic/emacs/htmlize.el
                http://rtfm.etla.org/emacs/htmlfontify/

(This works with any Emacs buffer, not just code you're editing.) I've
used htmlize.el but not the other one.
